Boot Camp? No, not really... unless of course you've got a few people who don't move as fast as they used to and need to see that old spark again. If so, a little "boot camp" might be in order. Good training is essential for many positions in today's marina operations. It's not that training is necessarily complicated and although most owners know how their employees should be trained, few have the time or resources to be effective. Atlantic Marine Management is glad to crack the whip. Give us our orders and we'll go to work interviewing, recruiting and training for any department or position - allowing you to use your time to concentrate on other aspects of your business. While we are happy to manage operations or specific departments (it's what our business was built upon). we are just as delighted to help our colleagues build and maintain their own professional staff.

Workshops From time-to-time, AMM will sponsor workshops on specific subjects - depending on the topic, workshops may be a few hours for one or two evenings designed for busy managers or may be as much as a week long intensive training program.
